Challenge
MM Designs, a sustainable, bamboo-based children’s apparel shop, was in need of a visual identity and clothing patterns.
I was asked to design their logo alongside an initial set of clothing patterns to launch the brand.
Strategy + Execution
I created a variety of moodboards to hone in on the visual direction for the brand, ultimately landing on a light, painterly aesthetic for the patterns. I worked with MM Designs to align on subject matter along with options for boys, girls, and unisex.
I also created the MM Designs logo, pulling inspiration from my moodboards to ensure the fabric patterns tied back to the overall brand look + feel.
